Snowman Mold
Who else could reinvent the snowman, but a crazy bloke from Australia. Cousin Al came for a visit and after seeing the mountain of snow turned snowman outside our home just North of Toronto proclaimed, "I wish I could make the head of that thing look like George Bush and then stick a carrot in it's nose!" And thus after much discussion the "Snowman Mold" was born. Easy to stuff with snow, add a pitcher water to make it stay, freeze for an hr while you build your Snowman and it's ready. The just pop it open like a popsicle. Now all you need is mom or dad to help you stick it on top of your Snowman. Imagine driving down a suburban street in New York, Boston, Toronto only to see Snowmen that look like Mickey Mouse, Big Bird or Dora The Exploarer. Or what if the parents get into the idea too and have ones in the likenesses of President Obama, Vladimir Putin, or Jay Leno. Fun for the entire family that gets everyone outdoors and reinvents one of the best winter actives ever, the Snowman.

So it would be totally great if this product could be sold as a mold your own head kit. How fun for the little ones to make snowpeople that resemble themselves. And how utterly weird (but fun) it would be for us mostly normal adults to do the same thing. This would enable some of the greatest pranks ever.

This is an awesome idea. many people in the midwest don't like the winter weather, so it is difficult to spend the time outside it takes to be creative with snowman. This would give everyone the opportunity to have their winter yards reflect their personalities.

I think, this project should be something for children to learn how to make different faces out of a mold. That would be so innovative for kids to make different faces out of the mold and fun to play with.

With two kids of my own, I love this idea. Snowmen are hard to make when the kids are small. They want to help, but it can be too difficult for them. But stuffing snow would be easy for even the smallest of hands. Great idea! I think there is a good market also, assuming the costs could stay low.
